Architecture | Lead Designer
As lead project designer I led the team in the design and documentation in Revit as well as coordination with the client team. My primary design responsibility was the residential towers.
From concept to schematic design we worked with the client's in house architecture team to design the facade of 14 high rise residence towers and 21 low rise townhouse buildings in a contemporary art deco style.
The project went through many design revisions especially on the base and tops of the towers.
Currently under construction. Slated to open 2018.
