The Valpico apartments are Katerra's first K3 Garden Style walk up apartment product. While the apartments are a fully designed product, I led the team in the redesign of the clubhouse from a CLT (cross-laminated timber) building to a standard wood frame construction building. Roles included redesigning the clubhouse, permit drawings for the clubhouse, maintenance building and site, and coordination between internal SMEP, VDC, construction, international architecture teams, and external civil team.
